Main Contents of Legislation
In accordance to legislative principles mentioned above, my
suggestions on main contents of the law and regulation contain the
following parts:
Definition
Since the right to privacy has not be defined in law or regulation
yet, this causes the aggrieved party lack the legal basis and
encounter restriction when his/her right to privacy has been infringed
on, which makes definition of the right to privacy in legislation
necessary. With the right to privacy being defined clearly and as a
right to personality, the right to privacy on the Internet shall be
stated as an independent and substantial right as well. The definition
shall comprise both general statement and most specific components of
the right to privacy on the Internet;
Exemptions and Exceptions
Specifically speaking, exemptions and exceptions shall contain the

China Renmin University Press] (1) When state organs perform their own
duties, state organs shall have restricted power to use personal
information regarded as privacy in normal situations. But such power
can be only restraint to state security, public benefits and crime
investigation. (2) When such privacy is in the way of public benefits
and security, this right may be restraint. (3) When such right is in
conflict with citizens' legitimate right to know and right to
supervise, the right to privacy on the Internet can be limited. (4)
Some institutions can have the right to get access to other's personal
information for research and study to some degree but they shall have
the confidentiality responsibility;

is needed for solar cell module lamination as a hot melt adhesive
film.
+ Silicone Sheet Installation Advice:
[]Choose unique anti[]folded design in the upper chamber, that can
prolong the use life of silicone sheet and improve the quality of the
solar modules.
[]Vacuum sealing tape is installed upside, which enables installation
easier and and prolong the use life of vacuum sealing tape.
[]Aluminum frame flange can speed up easy connection when unloading
clamps, which make replacement of silicone sheet more efficiency, only
need about ten minutes.
